Pompeii is a collaborative workspace platform that integrates AI agents to help teams communicate, manage tasks, and automate workflows. The Service includes access to Vulcan, our built-in AI agent, and any other features we make available.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Workspaces are collaborative environments within the Service. Workspace owners are responsible for managing member access and ensuring compliance with these Terms within their workspace.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant Pompeii a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. We do not endorse any content submitted by users.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.
The Service includes AI-powered features, including Vulcan. You acknowledge that:
Some features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features until payment is resolved.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Pompeii Labs, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.
"Pompeii," "Vulcan," and associated logos are trademarks of Pompeii Labs, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POMPEII DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POMPEII LABS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pompeii Labs, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
